Subscription fee: €50 per apartment.
Deposit: at your arrival to the village you will be asked to deposit €200. This sum will be given back to you at your departure after the control of the apartment furnishing.
Half board additional charge: €200 (per person, per week), beverages included.

Villas and apartments with garden: Dragontea and Dalia, 10% additional charge.
Dalia apartment-2nd floor: 10% reduction - "A", "B" and "C" seasons.
Delivery of the apartment: from 7 pm - Departure from the apartment: 10 am of the last day.
Included: water-gas-light, linen change, weekly apartment cleaning, kitchen tools, equipped beach.
Trading services (15/05-30/09): market, self service, bar, restaurant, drug store and tobacco shop, boutique, hairdresser.
Seasonal services (june-september): baby, mini, junior club, entertainment with shows and games, dancing evenings, ping-pong, train for moving around inside the village.
Sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, boat depot: with a contribution to the expenses.
Dogs: they are admitted if small with a final supplement of € 100/150 for the final disinfection of the apartment.

Each apartment can not host more people than the beds available.
