“Thema Vacanze” was formed following the creation of the Villaggio Serra degli Alimini 1 timeshare property, and over the years it has overseen the marketing and management of the timeshare property, also providing a series of additional services.

A true “Package holiday” for all the family, groups and gatherings has been created thanks to the management of the refreshment services.

With a little hard work we have managed to bring together all the parts of such a varied company:

Otranto became leader of tourism in the Salento area thanks to Club Med (1970) first, and then the Valtur village (1975).
Serra degli Alimini 1 is the biggest tourist village in the whole Alimini area with 225 apartments, providing a maximum capacity of 1200 beds. This also makes it one of the most important structures in the Salento area.

Since its beginnings “Thema Vacanze” has formed a winning team with its “original” manager Mr.Raffaele De Santis, who has helped the village to reach excellent levels with astute management and marketing policies. There has thus been an increase in the quantity and the quality of the services; the annual number of visitors has increased from the initial 40,000 to approximately 85,000 now, the village, originally open for two months (July and August), is now open for 7 months (April - October).
The continually changing needs of the visitors to the village, that is a medium-high level of customers, have thus always been catered for.

Today, Alimini Village is an accomplished and strong business and “Thema Vacanze” is a famous name in Italy and in Europe.
